EM25 – SWITCH/DIMMER, UNIVERSAL RLC 0-300W 2M ("master")
TOUCH EM25 is microprocessor controlled electronic light dimmer which reduces electric power consumption. Soft-start function also extends the lamp service life.
It enables turning on, off and dimming of classic and majority of energy saving lamps (LED and CFL), also some which cannot be dimmed with ordinary dimmers.
Integrated microprocessor automatically identifies the type of lamp and adjusts the operating mode. Dimmer operates using integrated micro switches. It remembers the level of dimming after switching off due to integrated memory function. There is integrated protection against short circuits, overheating and overloading.
TOUCH has integrated LED illumination with many different colors and intensity levels.
Optionally one can connect of up to 5 additional control tasters EM26 ("slave"). Linking with alternating switches is not possible.
It allows the replacement of a classic switch (230V~ 50Hz power supply). 1.5 mm2 leads are screw clamped (max. tightening torque 0.4 Nm).
TOUCH EM25conforms to EN 60669-1, EN 60669-2-1 and EMC Directive.
EM26 – CONTROL TASTER 2M ("slave")
In connection with EM25 ("master"), it allows the control of lamp from up to 5 different locations with functionality equal to that of EM25 ("master"). In case of a two-wire connection, the connection of each additional control taster EM26 ("slave") (up to 5 in total) increments the minimum load power by 25 W.
It operates on 230V~ 50Hz power supply. 1.5 mm2 leads are screw clamped (max. tightening torque 0.4 Nm).
TOUCH EM26 conforms to EN 60669-1, EN 60669-2-1 and EMC Directive.
2-wire and 3-wire dimmer connection
3-wire connection allows the dimming of classic and halogen lamps (0-300W), dimmable and some non-dimmable LED, CFL lamps and lamps supplied via an electronic transformer (0–300VA / 300W) at a power factor < 0.5 up to a power of 100 VA / 75 W.
2-wire connection allows the dimming of classic and halogen lamps (40-300 W), the dimming LED and CFL lamps and lamps supplied via a magnetic transformer (40–300VA / 300W).
